Shipping policy
We ship all NEW orders within 3 business days. During the holiday season we ship boxes within 48 hours of receipt of the order.
How does shipping work?
We ship all of our gift and subscription care boxes from our warehouse in Florida. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we ship to Canada via USPS or UPS. The cost to ship a single box to Canada is $25. This will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for all custom and import fees.
